In the end of November, the young woman chosen at Lucia is crowned in the Uppsala cathedral. The young Lucia and her attendants go on procession through Uppsala city center, visiting places including hotels, Uppsala Konsert & Kongress, and Stationen.
Every year, Uppsala's Musikklasser choir organizes two well-attended Lucia concerts at Uppsala Cathedral. Don't miss Uppsala Cathedral's own Lucia concert, where the Uppsala Cathedral's own girls’ choir takes part.
At Uppsala Konsert & Kongress, you can also see the Uppsala Cathedral's boys choir with their annual Lucia concert "Goder afton, mitt herrskap" (Good evening my Lord).
