Fullerö Backar (Fullerö Hills) is a picturesque excursion spot, with meadows, pastures, woods and rock formations. It is one of several areas along the Uppsalaåsen ridge that is characterized by a long and continuous history of use. It is home to an Iron Age burial field with about 50 graves composed of various rock formations. There are about 70 ancient remains, some 60 circular stone arrangements and at least 10 raised or fallen rocks.
The area was declared a nature reserve in 1995 and is deemed to have an extremely high natural value.
