the city center

In the city there is a very wide range of shops around the City Square (Stora Torget), Svartbäcksgatan and along Dragarbrunnsgatan. A couple of major malls and department stores are also in the center and because the city center is comprehensive, it is easy to find. Do not miss the flea market on Vaksala Square every Saturday. Here gather people from all corners of the world to shop.

Gränby Center

A few kilometers east of town lies Gränby Center with 60 shops under one roof.

Boländerna

Boländerna is yet another butiksområde a few kilometers south including shopping magnet IKEA which opened its new store on 1 April. Here you'll also find Biltema, Interior Gallerian draget, Plantagen, Bauhaus just to name but a few.
